I resolve disputes between partners for clients, and if there is no other way, I conduct commercial litigation.

I help clients draft company agreements and agreements between partners so that in the event of a parting of ways between partners, there will be no dispute or litigation.

My practice also includes providing ongoing services to entrepreneurs in the area of contract drafting and negotiation, with a particular focus on contracts in the IT industry. I have repeatedly represented entrepreneurs in disputes concerning unfair competition and claims related to settlements between company partners. I have also conducted litigation concerning the infringement of intellectual property rights and personal rights.

I am the co-author of practical publications on running companies and businesses, including in particular: ABC of a limited liability company, limited partnership, Simple joint-stock company, How to invest wisely? 20 ways to secure your retirement.

I graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed my legal training at the Wielkopolska Bar Association. I also studied for a year at the Faculty of Law at the Univesità degli Studi di Roma ‘La Sapienza’.

I speak English and Italian.

After hours, I devour crime novels and do jigsaw puzzles.
