As part of our public procurement services, we prepare appeals to the National Appeal Chamber (KIO) and represent contractors inthe KIO.
The scope of our services includes, among others:
- verification of whether there are grounds for lodging an appeal with the KIO
- examination of whether the contracting authority acted correctly during the proceedings
- verification of whether the tender submitted by the contractor contains an abnormally low price
- verification of whether the explanations for the grossly low price have been prepared correctly
