In my professional practice in commercial contract law, I have provided comprehensive services to entities in the IT, creative and artistic industries. I have prepared and participated in negotiations concerning cooperation, subcontracting and licensing agreements, as well as agreements on the transfer of intellectual property rights, including cross-border contracts.
I am the author of publications on the practical aspects of intellectual property law (including Between the Work and the Performance. On the rights of ‘co-creators’ of contemporary music works” in: Neofonia (co-)creation, Poznań 2019, Music Trademarks and Their Protection in Trademark and Copyright Law, in: Eastern European Journal of Transnational Relations, Vol. 3, No. 1, 2019).
I have been a speaker at numerous conferences and events on creators’ rights (including the 3rd National Instrumentology Conference in Ostromecko, Ostromecko 2019, ‘On Authors’, Gdańsk 2019). At the University of Wrocław, I teach classes on copyright law in artistic and educational activities for postgraduate students of Sound and Audiosphere.
I graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration and in musicology from the Faculty of History at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed my legal training at the Wielkopolska Bar Association.
