Specialises in providing legal services to entities which participate in procedures for the award of public contracts, including in particular drafting agreements in public procurement cases, reviewing terms of reference, drawing up legal opinions in terms of the choice of a suitable procedure. Represents both contracting entities and contractors in proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeals and in court proceedings in disputes related to the performance of public contracts.
In his professional career, he has provided legal assistance to, inter alia, a leading company undertaking investments involving construction and modernisation of railway stations and lines, leader in the market of paid parking zones, one of the biggest hospitals in the Wielkopolska province and a leading supplier of sterilisers.
He has been advising entrepreneurs on commercial law, in particular contracts oncerning construction, medicine and new technologies.
Majored in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Completed training for attorneys at law at the Wielkopolska Bar Association. In the years 2007-2011 worked as a lawyer in Sójka & Maciak Adwokaci sp. k., a law firm. In the years 2011-2015 cooperated with Bajon & Kaźmierczak Adwokacka Spółka Partnerska, a law firm.
